For virtual staging, it's ideal to have an empty space. If removing all furniture and items isn't possible, aim to minimize clutter as much as possible. Clear out unnecessary items to create a clean, open environment that can be digitally furnished to its fullest potential.

PHOTO UPLOAD PROCESS
Please upload the photo, room dimensions, and/or plan along with any notes on this site, before proceeding to checkout.
1.You will be asked to upload a photo that meets the minimum requirements set out on this page.
2. You will also be asked to provide the dimensions of the room, or upload an image of the architectural plan together with your photo.
3. You will be asked: What is the intended use of this room? e.g., Main bedroom
4.You will be asked to add any specific notes you might have. e.g., Please use neutral colors
5. And finally you will be asked: Would you like the final images to include a 'Virtually Renovated' watermark? (This watermark is used to indicate that the image has been virtually renovated for marketing purposes.)
If you can't see the upload fields, or encounter any issues, please email us directly at our email. Include your order number in the email subject line. We will get back to you as quickly as possible and provide directions to upload the photo and necessary details manually.
If your photo met our minimal requirements we have already started working on it. Please make sure you upload the correct photo for your project. We are unable to make any accommodations post upload. If your photo does not meet the requirements and we cannot proceed, you will receive a refund with a 6% processing fee deducted.

Our virtual renovation service is thoughtfully designed to showcase spaces in a timeless and versatile contemporary style, featuring elegant details designed to appeal to diverse tastes. If it's been 48 hours and you haven't received your image:
1. Please check your spam folder for our email.
2. Please verify that you are counting 48 hours from the time your photo was uploaded, if you uploaded during our business hours. (9AM-5PM EST), or if you uploaded outside of these hours, 48 hour window is counted from 9AM the following day.
3. If this was accurate, make sure you didn't receive an email from us stating your photo was unsuitable for our service. In this case you'll be receiving a refund as noted on this page reduced by our 6% processing fee.
4. If none of these apply to your situation please reach out at our email with a subject line containing your order number, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
We’re proud of the quality and accuracy we deliver, and majority of clients are happy with their image on the first round. That’s why we don’t include a built-in revision fee, to keep your initial cost lower.
If you’d like to make changes, we can typically process them within 36 hours (M-F) of receiving your request and completed payment.
To request a revision, please reach out via our email, using your order number in the subject line, and a clear description of the changes you'd like. We’ll send you a custom link to pay for your revision.
Here’s how revisions are priced:
-35% of your initial payment for minor changes (e.g. color adjustments or small decor tweaks)
-55% of your initial payment for major changes (e.g. furniture swaps or layout adjustments)
If you’d like to change the intended use of the space entirely (e.g. turn a bedroom into a home office), this will require repurchasing the full package.
