We offer two flexible options to help you visualize multiple possibilities for the same space:

Two Options: Submit one photo of your space, and receive two images, each showcasing a different use or functional layout (e.g., an office vs. a kids’ bedroom).
Perfect for exploring alternative arrangements and helping clients or buyers visualize versatile functionality.
Three Options: Submit one photo of your space, and receive three images, each showcasing a unique use or functional layout (e.g., a studio apartment set up for a young professional, a work-from-home couple, and a social dinner setting).
Ideal for spaces requiring even greater flexibility and showcasing possibilities for diverse needs.

Our Transform & Explore service is thoughtfully designed to showcase spaces in a timeless and versatile contemporary style, combining elegant details to appeal to a wide range of tastes. This approach ensures each space is welcoming, functional, and visually appealing, making it easier for potential buyers or renters to imagine themselves in the environment.

If uploaded/purchased between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on a business day, your staged image will be delivered within 48 hours.

If uploaded outside business hours, the 48 hour window begins at 9:00 AM the next business day.

- Capture the widest angle possible to show the entire room. (Include both floor and ceiling.)

- Avoid obstructing the view with furniture and objects.

- Use camera or smartphone with a resolution of at least 3000px on the longest side.

- Ideal size 3000px on the longest side

- Minimum size 1920px on the longest side

- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG

- File size up to 10MB

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your photo meets the minimum requirements outlined on this page. Photos that do not meet these standards may result in delays or an inability to proceed with the virtual staging.

If we are unable to proceed due to an unsuitable photo, you will receive a refund minus a 6% processing fee.

Please upload a clear photo ( and architectural plan) of the space you'd like us to work on. Unrelated or inappropriate files will be removed.

1. Use Natural Light
Natural light is your best friend when photographing interiors. Open curtains and blinds to let in as much light as possible. Avoid shooting at night or using harsh artificial lighting, which can create unflattering shadows and distort colors. The ideal time to take interior photos is during the day when the light is soft and even.

2. Declutter and Clean
Before you start shooting, ensure that the space is clean and free of clutter. Remove personal items, excess furniture, and any distracting objects. A tidy space appears more spacious and allows potential buyers to envision their own belongings in the room.

3. Create a Blank Canvas
For virtual staging, it's ideal to have an empty space. If removing all furniture and items isn't possible, aim to minimize clutter as much as possible. Clear out unnecessary items to create a clean, open environment that can be digitally furnished to its fullest potential.

4. Choose the Right Angles
Photographing from the corners of a room can help capture a wider perspective, showcasing more of the space. Aim for eye-level shots and avoid extreme angles that can distort the room’s proportions. Make sure to capture the key features of each room, such as large windows, built-in storage, or architectural details.

5. Include Both Floor and Ceiling
For a comprehensive view of the space, aim to include both the floor and the ceiling in your photos. This helps to provide context and scale, making the room appear more spacious and inviting. It also allows potential buyers/renters to see the complete layout and features of the room.

6. Use a Tripod if possible
A tripod is essential for achieving sharp, clear images. It helps stabilize the camera and allows you to use slower shutter speeds in low light without introducing blur. A steady shot ensures that the details of the room are crisp and clear.

7. Shoot Multiple Shots
Take several photos of each room from different angles and perspectives. This will give you more options to choose from when selecting the best images for virtual staging. It’s better to have too many photos than too few, as this allows for more flexibility during the staging process.

8. Highlight Key Spaces
Focus on the most important rooms in the home, such as the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and any unique features like a home office or outdoor space. These areas are often the selling points for potential buyers, so ensure they are well-represented in your photos.

1.You will be asked to upload a photo that meets the minimum requirements set out on this page.

2. You will also be asked to provide the dimensions of the room, or upload an image of the architectural plan together with your photo.

3. You will be asked: What is the intended use of this room? List the uses here for example : Home office and Kid's bedroom

4.You will be asked to add any specific notes you might have. You can describe your intended uses or any other notes here. e.g., Option 1 -Scenario 1: Transform the room for two professionals working from home. Option 2 -Scenario 2: Transform for a young professional that like to host dinner parties.

5. And finally you will be asked: Would you like the final images to include a 'Virtually Transformed' watermark? (This watermark is used to indicate that the image has been virtually transformed for marketing purposes.)

If you can't see the upload fields, or encounter any issues, please email us directly at our email. Include your order number in the email subject line. We will get back to you as quickly as possible and provide directions to upload the photo and necessary details manually.

If your photo met our minimal requirements we have already started working on it. Please make sure you upload the correct photo for your project. We are unable to make any accommodations post upload. If your photo does not meet the requirements and we cannot proceed, you will receive a refund with a 6% processing fee deducted.

When your images are ready we will send you an email with your files ready for download.

If it's been 48 hours and you haven't received your images:

1. Please check your spam folder for our email.

2. Please verify that you are counting 48 hours from the time your photo was uploaded, if you uploaded during our business hours. (9AM-5PM EST), or if you uploaded outside of these hours, 48 hour window is counted from 9AM the following day.

3. If this was accurate, make sure you didn't receive an email from us stating your photo was unsuitable for our service. In this case you'll be receiving a refund as noted on this page reduced by our 6% processing fee.

4. If none of these apply to your situation please reach out at our email with a subject line containing your order number, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

We’re proud of the quality and accuracy we deliver, and majority of clients are happy with their image on the first round. That’s why we don’t include a built-in revision fee, to keep your initial cost lower.

If you’d like to make changes, we can typically process them within 36 hours (M-F) of receiving your request and completed payment.

To request a revision, please reach out via our email, using your order number in the subject line, and a clear description of the changes you'd like. We’ll send you a custom link to pay for your revision.

Here’s how revisions are priced:

-35% of your initial payment for minor changes (e.g. color adjustments or small decor tweaks)

-55% of your initial payment for major changes (e.g. furniture swaps or layout adjustments)

If you’d like to change the intended use of the space entirely (e.g. turn a bedroom into a home office), this will require repurchasing the full package.
